Mr. Barnett is a civil trial lawyer who concentrates in the areas of personal injury, malpractice, premises liability, commercial law, contracts, and insurance defense. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. Mr. Barnett is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Texas. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, the U. S. District Court, Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fifth, Sixth and Tenth Circuits.
