Ms. Hughes' practice focuses on taxation, corporate law, business planning, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, wills and estate planning. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she graduated magna cum laude . She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude among the top 10 students in her class. Ms. Hughes is licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee. She is a member of the Memphis and American Bar Associations.
