Ms. Locker's practice concentrates in the areas of Government Relations and Lobbying, Wills and Estates, Administrative Law and Business Law. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee, a Masters of Education from Vanderbilt University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Nashville School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee and is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations.
