Mr. McNamee practices in the areas of commercial finance, contracts, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and commercial and residential real estate. He holds a B.A from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a juris doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Memphis School of Law. While in law school, Mr. McNamee received American Jurisprudence awards in Securities Regulations and Constitutional Law and was awarded the Dean's Distinguished Service Award. Additionally, Mr. McNamee served as the Notes Editor on the University of Memphis' Law Review, where his comment "Kline v. Eyrich: Use of the Common Fund Doctrine in Tennessee" was published in the Winter 2003 edition.
