Mr. Smith's practice concentrates in the areas of education law, government relations and administrative law. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and his Juris Doctor degree from the Nashville School of Law. His prior work experience includes 10 years with the Tennessee School Boards Association, where he focused on government and labor relations activities and established himself as a leader in education legislation and policy.
