Mr. Bruce's practice concentrates on real estate and business law issues, with a focus also on securities law and commercial transactions. Mr. Bruce's previous legal experience includes a three year stint in the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington DC. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Memphis and his Juris Doctor as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia. Mr. Bruce is a founder of the Imani Federal Credit Union where he served as Chairperson and continues to serve as a Director. He is an Ad Hoc Professor at the University of Memphis. He is also a member of the Memphis Bar Association and the National Bar Association.
