Mr. Harvey's practice concentrates in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, and workers compensation. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and his Juris Doctor degree from Mercer University. Mr. Harvey served as a Special Judge in Shelby County General Sessions Court from 1991 to 1996. He is a member of the Memphis, Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations.
