Mr. Hillyer practices in the areas of general business law, litigation and bankruptcy. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts, Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Hillyer is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee Bar Associations.
Mr. Hillyer formerly practiced with the Memphis firm of Humphreys Dunlap Wellford Acuff & Stanton, PC, which merged with Farris Mathews on January 1, 2004.
