Mr. Dunlap's practice concentrates in the areas of bankruptcy reorganization, business law, and general corporate law. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhodes College and his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Dunlap is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. Mr.Dunlap has extensive experience in business reorganizations, commercial litigation and real estate transactions. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Memphis Bar Association and has served as Chairman of the Insurance Committee for the Tennessee Bar Association. He was selected as a Tennessee Bar Fellow for the Tennessee Bar Association. Mr. Dunlap is also a member of the Florida State Bar and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Dunlap formerly practiced with the Memphis firm of Humphreys Dunlap Wellford Acuff & Stanton, PC, which merged with Farris Mathews on January 1, 2004.
